Note that in the 1861 British Census Sarah Simmons is in England with her 3 sons John/James and Percy E. Percy is the 3rd son born in 1860 Middlesex. The 1861 Census has Sarah recorded as a widow. However, John Thorley and Philip Kirby have records to show that her husband David John Hart was still alive in 1872 and 1880. They are still researching this aspect.69
